Returns are governed by the following terms and conditions. 

It is important that you check your order upon receipt and always before use.

Cosmetic Products - Although we are sure that you will LOVE your order from us... due to the nature of cosmetic products, we must let you know that we are unable to accept returns. It is super important that you check that the colour and how to use the product is to your liking before you open the packaging.

14 day Cancellation Period
Under Distance Selling Regulations, a purchaser has a legal right to cancel an order and receive a refund as long as the item(s) are unopened and unused. If you, a purchaser, do not want to keep the item(s) that were ordered, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving the order to arrange a Return. The item(s) must then be returned to us within a further 14 days.  The purchaser must notify us of the return by emailing us at  Once the purchaser has advised us of the return request, we will respond with our Returns address. The cancellation period is only applicable if the item(s) are brand new, unopened and are in perfect condition. The item(s) must be in their original packaging and with any related accessories. The purchaser must include a note within the return with the original order number and the full name related to the order. Upon receipt of the item(s), and subject to inspection by our Quality Service Department, we will proceed with the return. Please note, we do not provide free return postage and therefore this is payable by the purchaser.  The item(s) are the purchasers responsibility until they reach us and therefore we recommend packaging the item(s) well, using a confirmed delivery service and obtaining a receipt.  The purchaser should include their  returns address on the package.  Please note that any original shipping fees paid are non refundable. There will be a charge deducted from any refund due for any orders that originally contained free shipping. 

Please note - If you have purchased Glitter Tribe item(s), the hygiene seal at the top and bottom of the pot must be in tact and the pot must not have been opened to be eligible for the cancellation period returns policy. This is for hygiene reasons and adheres to the law. 

Faulty or Incorrect item(s)
If the purchaser is returning item(s) because of a fault or because of an error on our part then we will be happy, where applicable, to refund standard delivery charges incurred by the purchaser in sending the item(s) back to us. Return postage prices must be fair and must first be agreed through our Customer Service team via email at A receipt will be required.

We may be able to exchange item(s) for a different colour if the above cancellation policy terms are followed. Exchanges are not free of charge and we will charge for the new shipping fee of sending the exchanged items(s) to the purchaser. The standard charge is $3.00 but may increase depending on the item(s) value and size. Exchange fees will be confirmed in our response to the purchasers return request email. For exchanges, Customs forms should be filled out as above.

Orders returned to sender 
When an order is undeliverable i.e;  the address provided by the purchaser was incorrect, the order requires collection/redelivery arranging and it's not done within the hold time or if the delivery is rejected then the order may be returned to us.  Reshipping the order to the purchaser after it's been returned to us will incur the following charges; $2.95 (orders under $72) or $10 (orders over $72). If the items(s) are no longer wanted, refunds will be minus the original shipping charge paid. If no shipping charge was paid it will be less $2.95 (orders under $72) or $10 (orders over $72). This is to cover our original shipping costs.  We will email the purchaser if the order is returned to us to allow a decision to be made on how to proceed.  If we do not hear back from the purchaser within suitable time then a refund with shipping deduction may automatically be processed. There are no guarantees that we will receieve orders back to us in the above circumstances and if we don't then unfortunately we are unable to provide assistance. 

Refund information
Refunds can only be processed back to the original payment method. We aim to process all refunds within 48 hours of us receiving the item(s). At peak times this may differ. Refunds on average take 2-10 working days to process and appear back in the purchasers account.
